"I want to compliment PC Connections & Solutions Ltd. on the fast and speedy service, and great customer service that they provided my family in fixing our computer.

We have a computer that my kids use 90 percent of the time.  They need it for school almost every night of the week.  It kept getting slower and slower with all the junk that came in via E mail and it got to a point where we couldn’t even get on the internet anymore.  I found out about PC Connections & Solutions thru a friend and called immediately.  I was able to drop it off on a Sunday, and they had it back to me within days.  Matt brought it to my house and reinstalled it for us.  He gave us some much needed instruction and support and the fee was minimal!!!!

"Last February my husband and I had decided to change accountants being that my husband now owns his own business. When we attended our initial meeting, we were encouraged to find a computer service to utilize for our home computer. They had recommended a nation wide business that we could access 24/7. In contacting them, I was shocked at the prices. They wanted a minimum of $200.00 for any evening or weekend calls before even stepping in the door! Obviously, their service came with a huge price.

We did not need him for quite a while after that, but our computer started acting up again (we have a pretty old model). Matt from PC Connections & Solutions was there within 24 hours again! He fixed our computer within a short period of time and again, charged very reasonable rates.
